Tonight my friends truck was stolen from Win River Valet parking. His 10 month old border collie was in it. The theif is seen on camera throwing the dog out at the light intersection of 273 and Canyon Rd. Someone seen on camera stopped and picked her up. Please bring our Jessie home. She has a family and kids that are crying tonight because she is gone. Please help us find her she was stolen along with the truck. She needs to be home. Call or text please 530 -410&7602
