Local Moving Company needs extra mover for tomorrow 4/3 and beyond

Our company is in need of an extra mover to help us with moving jobs starting tomorrow, Saturday, April 3rd, 2021, and possibly be available for moving jobs in the future on an as-needed will-call basis. We are experiencing a busier than usual early spring moving season so we are hoping to find great movers that want to stick around and help us. Most of our jobs are local but some travel may be required. We strongly prefer experienced residential movers. We need strong men with a positive attitude, high motivation level, act professionally, and have a mature work ethic, and most importantly strong muscles and knowledge on how to move household items, with or without dollies. Furniture wrapping knowledge is a plus! We also need clean cut men that will not smoke or use profanities on the job. Men who will come to work properly dressed (no wife beaters or shirtless working). We have a great local reputation. We had not one review in 2020 that was below 5 star and we'd like to keep it that way. Things that cost us stars.... damage to items and to the home, mover's faces buried in the phone, excessive breaks, negative vibes, smoking on the job, and so forth. True movers are conditioned for this work which is why we are looking for experienced guys but if you have the other qualifications we're looking for and can handle being on your feet and doing the work we will consider you. We need this help for tomorrow, SATURDAY MORNING. I will pay $15 an hour with a 4 hour minimum for those who demonstrate professional moving skills. The pay will be for actual moving labor not drive time to and/or from the job. If we perform moves from Point A to Point B and beyond, transit time is then included in with the billable labor. Cash will be paid at the end of the job or, preferably CASH APP, if you have it. All of our regular jobs are a 2 hour minimum and prorated to the 1/4 hour after that and that's how we pay. If you work 2 and a half hours you get paid 2.5 hours not 3 hours. If you like working with us and the feeling is mutual, we are always looking for workers to add to the crew on a part-time as-needed basis.
