Description
Disabled Watertown woman needs an experienced cook to assist in the kitchen prepping meals 1 or 2 times per week (or month), 6 - 8 hours each time. In terms of coronavirus, this is a relatively low risk job in a private home. If this works out, you would have the opportunity to get vaccinated soon, since you would be a PCA/ healthcare worker. Cooking causes her pain as a result of a chronic painful joint condition. You would really be making a difference! Seeking someone with good knife skills and three years experience. Immediate opening.
Schedule would include mostly Sundays (afternoon or eve) and/or Wednesday afternoon or eve. Pays $15.75 - $16.75/hour, based on experience, and is not under the table (paid by business check). Diet is mostly whole grains, beans, fresh veggies and occasionally fish or poultry. Prefer someone experienced at cooking bean soups and stews, who has a car for occasional grocery shopping.
