Spontaneous spirit-led worship band

I am looking to start a spontaneous spirit-led worship band would love to have female vocals but whatever God makes happen, happens. I would love to minister to the lost and broken and let God lead the worship and not a performance or "gig" This is a mission to save souls and make this very real almost street level with a deliverance ministry something "church" has cast aside and a good reason and part of today's church is as sick and lost as the world. As far as the sound I am thinking ambient and beautiful and creating a soaring sound but not limited and musicians able to play any genre. Almost a "jam" band but organized if that makes sense.
