-Looking for a self-motivated team player to assist with general maintenance at apartment complex. -Under supervision of Head Maintenance, Assistant's job duties will include vacant unit make-ready, grounds-work, snow removal and other projects as they arise. Duties may include painting, light plumbing and electrical, cleaning, and boiler maintenance. -Experience in all of the above areas not required, but candidates should be eager to work and learn, and possess good people skills.
