VaxEquity Community Vaccination Program We're excited to be back at Homeboy Industries to provide previous participants with their second dose of the Moderna vaccine! We will also provide the single dose Janssen vaccine. Drive-through and walk-up lanes available from 10 am to 2 pm. Walk-up lane only from 2 pm to 4 pm. YOU MUST SET UP AN APPOINTMENT IN PREPMOD, the State of California's vaccine management site. If you need assistance setting up your appointment, please call 323-880-0121.
