Guitar player looking for a project/ Band

Hey. I play guitar and need people to jam with. My influences are Pixies, Janes Addiction, Fugazi, Built to Spill, early Pumpkins, Luna, REM, Flaming Lips (before they lost there distortion pedals), Pavement, My Bloody Valentine,Talking Heads, Real Estate, Dead Kennedys, and lots of other stuff. I have pro gear, years of live experience ( I've played all over town with lots of different bands). I'm a strong writer and have always been the central idea guy in every project I've been in. Im also a very easy going friendly guy who is easy to work with. I love the creative process and would love the opportunity to write with a great vocalist. But I'll take what I can get.
