Highland Construction and Restoration is a family owned and operated Restoration Company serving Southeastern North Carolina since 1981. We are looking for the “best of the best” to join our Fayetteville flooring installation team. If this speaks to you, be prepared for a challenging and exciting opportunity. Highland is hiring In-house Flooring Installers to work Cumberland and surrounding areas. This position is full-time with benefits. Employee’s job duties /responsibilities shall include: • Work daily with the Flooring Installation Manager to schedule pending jobs and review status and timelines on existing jobs. • Interact positively and immediately with scheduling to keep management abreast of progress. • Install and repair as project requires including: carpet, sheet vinyl, hardwood (nail/glue) & LVP. • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in all interactions with clientele and maintain excellent service through completion. • Problem solve issues arising in the field to help complete your tasks on time. • Maintain your tools and work environment in a safe and clean way minimizing disturbance to other areas. • Respect the environments you will be working in as they are your own. Skills and Qualifications: • Flooring installation experience is preferred but not required. • The candidate must possess a strong work ethic. • Pass a mandatory preemployment background check and drug screening. • Willingness to be trained inhouse by a flooring expert and follow manufacture installation guidelines. • Reliable daily transportation to Highland’s warehouse facility.
