No experience is necessary to apply for this position, we will train you on the job. If you do not have experience you are going to learn a lot! If you are an experienced carpenter you will be compensated accordingly. Compensation will be determined based on individual experience, ability, and qualifications. Starting pay from $14 to $24/Hour. Individuals who show dedication and efficient work production can and will move up quickly and be compensated accordingly. Top industry pay will be granted to individuals who learn our system and stay dedicated to our company. All work is local (Mankato, Waseca, Southern MN) so no overnight stays are required.
