JOB REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Reliable transportation, Safe driving record and valid driver's license Must have cell phone service Perform basic maintenance and repairs such as light plumbing, lighting, Vehicle maintenance etc.. Monday – Friday work week with occasional nights and weekend. Must be flexible to meet the needs of the company Must speak English and be Authorized to work in the United States.
