Local Property Management company seeking dependable, professional Maintenance Tech. Must have own car and basic tools. Will be responsible for coming to Broadview Heights Office daily to pick up work orders and drive to Cleveland, East, and West properties to address maintenance requests. If no maintenance task due for the day, will assist in making units rental ready. Handyman experience is a must. Some duties include but not limited to: Basic Plumbing Basic electrical Painting Lock Changes Drywall Lighting Furnaces and HWT's Changing Furnace Filters Available to start immediately.
