Benefits Package • $15-26 per hour with overtime (based on experience) • Potential Year Around Employment with Snow & Ice Management • Paid Weekly w/ time and a half overtime • Paid Vacation and Holidays • Performance Bonuses • Education Reimbursements • Advancement Opportunities • Matching 401K • $200 Sign-on Bonus after (6) weeks of employment Duties • Model of excellence in safety and work ethic • Installing hardscapes per blue prints • Grading and site work • Planting of trees, shrubs, ground-covers, and flowers • Mulching • Loading and unloading plant materials • Operating small power equipment, skid steer, and mini-excavator • Snow removal opportunities in the winter months Requirements • 2+ years’ experience as a crew leader with a professional landscape company for foreman • Experience preferred but not required for laborer • Valid driver's license with good record • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to lead, train, and be a team player • Self-motivated, organized, strong work ethic, focused, positive attitude, dependable, and attentive to details • Plant identification is a plus • Able to lift 50+ lbs • CDL-A preferred For information call 586-752-7200 or apply online at www.declarkslandscaping.com.
