A free informational session for young adults looking at different careers in sports *This is a live, in-person discussion taking place Tuesday, June 1 from 6-7 PM Are you passionate about sports? There are hundreds of careers in sports aside from being a professional athlete. Come learn about careers in recreation, youth, collegiate and professional sports. We'll also discuss various educational paths to consider and answer your questions. Capacity is limited for this program. We will meet in the 3,000 square foot Community Room to provide adequate space. Masks are required. Ages 13-20 Instructor: Christopher Clough, LV Parks & Rec Christopher Clough has more than 10 years experience working in recreation in Metro Detroit. He has worked in professional sports, non-profit youth sports, within the public school system and in local government. Chris received his bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Bowling Green State University in 2009. Guest speakers may be included based on the career interests of the attendees.
