The 40th Artsfest on Historic Walnut Street is the largest outdoor arts festival in Southwest Missouri.
Artsfest, presented by Great Southern Bank and hosted by the Springfield Regional Arts Council, is one of the biggest outdoor art festivals in Southwest Missouri. Known for featuring more than 100 artists from all over the country, live entertainment and delicious food, patrons make it a priority to come back year after year. The Artsfest team has been in communication with the City of Springfield and the Springfield-Greene County Health Department as it developed these COVID-19 mitigation plans.
For the first time, advanced tickets will be required to attend Artsfest on Historic Walnut Street. There are 4 two-hour entry times to choose from on Saturday, May 1, and 3 two-hour entry times to choose from on Sunday, May 2. Ticket times are not transferable so choose your time wisely.
The safety and security of all artists, vendors, patrons and volunteers remain the highest priority for DSA and SRAC staff. With that in mind, Artsfest will have several protocols in place.
