Management company seeking highly motivated, experienced and reliable candidates for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician. Candidates must work with a positive attitude. Fair Housing laws apply. Key Responsibilities: •Completion of general maintenance service request work orders for occupied apartments and prepare vacant units for new move ins. Skills to included drywall repair, hang new interior doors, replace mirrors, grout ceramic tile, cut and install new baseboard, install vertical blinds, install sinks, replace faucets, change angle stops and supply lines, etc... •Basic knowledge of appliance repair and installation for dishwasher, electric stove, fridge, equipment functions •Exceptional "work safe" skills and OSHA compliant. •Applied knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing leaks or clogged pipe issues. Change breakers, install new ceiling fans, snake a toilet with a hand auger or an electric snake. •Ensure job assignments and work orders are carried out promptly, efficiently and in accordance with established procedures. •Provide stellar customer service and perform all work in a professional manner per DFEH and HUD Trade off every other week carry/respond to the After Hours On Call Answering Service for maintenance emergencies. OT paid for On Call responses and mileage for any After Hours commute.
