Employment type: part-time We are a small company looking to hire a skilled and reliable handyman to help with various maintenance tasks. This is an on-call position with an option to become a permanent part time or full time. We are looking for someone to respond to service calls as needed and with some longer jobs that might take up to a few days at a time. RESPONSIBILITES: - Troubleshooting and making repairs to residential and business properties - Home repairs and improvement, residential remodeling, - Perform basic tasks including painting, repairs and other tasks as directed by supervisors. - Pressure washing, gutter and roof cleaning. - Common house repairs including patching holes, doors, basic plumbing and electrical, etc. - Maintain a clean work environment. - Communicate effectively with team and customers. - Ability to complete estimates/quotes, communicate and document scope of work to team and customers. REQUIREMENTS: - Valid driver's license, insurance and reliable vehicle. - A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role. - Employment references and pictures of work completed, if available. - Solid experience with construction, and handyman jobs around the house. - Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment. - organized with good communication skills. - Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving. - Must have basic tools on hand. including wireless drill - Criminal background check required for new hires.
