Drummer looking to share a rehearsal room with another drummer

I am a drummer seeking another drummer to share a monthly rehearsal room. I play a small 4 piece kit and I am tired of lugging my gear to hourly rooms. I practice a few time a week typically between 8:30pm -12. It would need to be somewhere centrally located. I am 40, have a steady job and I am polite and respectful. I am looking to share this room with one other person just to keep access limited. If anyone is interested let me know. Thanks Shawn
