Mother's Day Cocktails and Brunch with Sue Chef and Kate Bolt Here’s your chance to treat Mom to a fun night out, or simply get some great ideas for spoiling her on Mother’s Day! Kate Bolt, author of the Lark Cocktails & Lark Parties, will join Sue Chef as she prepares some easy and delicious brunch recipes that match perfectly with fresh spring cocktails. Expect delightful pairings of, asparagus quiche paired with a Lillet Rosé; crème brûlée french toast paired with an Earl Grey old fashioned; brown sugar bacon, rhubarb muffins & lavender Collins; and lobster-endive salad bites paired with champagne Perles & a tarragon French 75 cocktail. Our Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to class for a full refund. No refunds can be issued after the two-week window however you may transfer your ticket to another party at any time prior to class. The Culinary School at Isabel's and Sue Chef may cancel class at any time, for reasons unknown (such as weather, illness, mechanical issues, etc.) You will be personally notified via text or email and a full refund will be issued or class will be rescheduled at an agreed upon date.
