Market Sampler This is a unique opportunity to try many of the amazing products carried at Isabel’s Market + Eatery! Have you wandered our store and wondered what some of those interesting jars, meats, and packages are for, and what they taste like? Well now is your chance! Sue Chef will be sampling and sharing some simple recipes and pairings that will allow you to taste and learn. For example, what are Gocce Perles? How do you apply them? And what in the world do they taste like? How about our fresh yellowfin tuna, used in several applications, from tuna poké to simple sashimi with ginger ponzu sauce? Register for a 2-hour demonstration and sampling class (these will be small bites and samples) plus enjoy tastings from our vast inventory of wines. Special pricing will be available for purchases of any products sampled that day. Our Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to class for a full refund. No refunds can be issued after the two-week window however you may transfer your ticket to another party at any time prior to class. The Culinary School at Isabel's and Sue Chef may cancel class at any time, for reasons unknown (such as weather, illness, mechanical issues, etc.) You will be personally notified via text or email and a full refund will be issued or class will be rescheduled at an agreed upon date.
