Crafting a Cheese + Charcuterie Board plus Pairing the Perfect Wine with Chef Mindy Trafman and Catherine Halinski from Evergreen Creamery
Join our in-house Sommelier and Director of Spirits, Chef Mindy Trafman, as she is joined by Catherine Halinski from Evergreen Creamery in Fennville, MI. First, Chef Mindy will teach you how to artfully arrange a charcuterie board with a variety of cured meat, plus cheese, fruit, nuts, and more. Next, Catherine will talk about the wonderful cheeses made at Evergreen Creamery and how they pair with charcuterie. Finally, Mindy will pair wines to go with the charcuterie boards and talk about how to create the perfect wine pairing. This class includes small bites and a lot of tastings!
Our Cancellation Policy You may cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to class for a full refund. No refunds can be issued after the two-week window however you may transfer your ticket to another party at any time prior to class. The Culinary School at Isabel's and Sue Chef may cancel class at any time, for reasons unknown (such as weather, illness, mechanical issues, etc.) You will be personally notified via text or email and a full refund will be issued or class will be rescheduled at an agreed upon date.
