Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 04/02/2021   On Friday April 2, 2021 at around 5:50am officers responded to a report of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle on Ga 400 near Sidney Marcus Blvd NE. On scene officers learned that the pedestrian had been hit while trying to flag down help in the roadway, after she had a single car accident. The pedestrian/driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The pedestrian was charged with Pedestrian in the Roadway.
