Vista Based Home Repair and Handyman Service Seeking Maintenance Tech for Residential Projects in San Diego County. DUTIES: - Furniture builds - Painting - Drywall - Installing new appliances and fixtures - Attending to anything that can go wrong in a house - Being able to tend to anything that can go wrong in a house - Assess damage and make decisions as to what needs to be done - Handling payment with customers - Cover driving area of San Diego County MUST HAVES -Drywall repair and patching -Light electrical, Fixture installation, switch and receptacle replacement -light plumbing, Fixture installation, furniture assembly -paint and paint prep work -1+ years of experience JOB DETAILS -Rate : $20-$25 p/h paid weekly -Typical work week from 8am-5pm -This is a long term position -Overtime available on occasion References & background checks will be required.
