Acclaim Screen Printing is a t-shirt shop located in North Austin that offers screen printing, embroidery, and Direct To Garment (DTG) printing services. We are seeking two full-time, entry-level printer’s assistants. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn a trade. Pay is market competitive.
The printer’s assistant is responsible for:
• Staging garments, tools, and inks for jobs
• Assist in setting up, running, and tear down of printing press.
• First stage of quality assurance
• Help with cleaning and maintaining shop equipment
This is a fast-paced production environment in a non-climate controlled warehouse. The position requires being on your feet for long periods of time. The right person will be detailed oriented, able to follow directions, and quick to pick up procedures. We are looking for applicants with the desire to become lead printers and operate their own press.
This position will lead to more responsibility and better pay.
