Maintenance Tech Full time / Full Benefit Package Job Description: The Maintenance Position is vital to our club's day-to-day operations and will perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire grounds. Our ideal candidate is expected to maintain a high level of quality customer service and professionalism. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not necessarily limited to those listed below. The ideal candidate should be well rounded in plumbing, electrical, painting and equipment trouble shooting. Daily functions: Participate in all types of maintenance projects. Repairs minor electrical problems. Repairs minor plumbing problems. Provides minor carpentry and sheet rock repairs. Inspects the property for safety hazards that pose a liability or potential liability. Incorporate both safety and customer service with assigned tasks. Maintain tennis court areas, washing down, sanitizing etc. Inspects pool and pool area to make sure area is free of safety violations. Assists with event set ups as needed. Experience required: Must have 2-3 years of prior experience as a maintenance technician in related trades working with a service portal ticketing system. (ANGUS ANYWHERE) Tasks require knowledge of at least 2-3 trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting. Must perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Ability to work with all types of people and understands club needs. Must have the ability to work independently. ***Must pass criminal background check ** We offer a competitive salary.
