NW Service Enterprises, Inc, professional assembly services is looking for assemblers to build Barbecue Grills, Wheelbarrows, Furniture, Bikes, Exercise Equipment, Garden Power Equipment and more, as well as assembly for Merchandising Resets for the local stores of several large national retail chains such as Home Depot and Walmart. Training is at $14 per hour for up to a week depending on experience. Pay then goes to a piecework system. Our average assembly technician can make anywhere from $14 to $25 per hour depending upon their productivity. As you learn the products and develop good habits and techniques you will gain speed and your pay will go up accordingly. If you are the person your friends and family would ask to help assemble a bike or a barbecue, then we want you to come build for us! We are looking for self-motivated, mechanically inclined people who can represent our company with good customer services and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Work with a team to assemble entire products or components Rotate through tasks for specific production processes Conduct quality inspections on products and parts Prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean and orderly work area Qualifications: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Ability to work well in teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to pass a background and drug test A smart phone and e-mail address Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Basic hand tools and cordless screw gun Ability to Lift 50 lbs. periodically and work standing throughout the day Mechanical aptitude Experience is a plus, but we will train
