The job is to work in a team to assist 6 elderly people who live in a home together with their activities of daily living. Day shifts work with a lead and support care team (2 people), night shift is one person only. **MUST HAVE A STRONG BACK as wheelchair transfers and physical lifting is a requirement. We assist our elders with things like bathing, dressing appropriately, going to the bathroom, taking their medication, cooking, and cleaning.
