Lead Installer for Closet & Garage Cabinets

Job Description Tailored Living has an immediate opening for a motivated and experienced lead cabinet / closet installer to take charge of installations. Are you ready to start working next week? Daily Tasks: - Oversee daily installations of closets, offices, garages, flooring, etc... - Ensure customers are satisfied throughout the install - Guide & mentor lesser experienced installers Critical Requirements: - Have a positive attitude! A lead sets the tone for the team. - Attention to detail and commitment to do things the right way. - Physical strength and agility to lift up to 60+ pounds of material on a regular basis. - Required minimum 1 year of experience as a lead with closet/garage cabinet installation and/or 2+ years of experience installing closet systems. - Valid driver's license & good driving record - Can legally work in the US. Additional/Desired Experience/Skills: - Finished carpentry experience (cabinet building, crown molding, fit and finish type work, etc.) - Good English communication skills (read, write, and speak). - Epoxy flooring installation experience and/or willingness to learn epoxy flooring Work Details: - Typical work hours vary between 7am - 6pm Mon-Fri; Each day varies due to size and location of the work to be done. Optional weekend work is available occasionally. - All tools and materials are provided in our working trucks.
