....NEW SENATE BILL TO MAKE ROBBERIES A MISDEMEANOR!!!!!

News

San Francisco CA

Description

Senate Bill 82, authored by Senator Nancy Skinner (D-Berkeley), would turn robberies under $950 that don’t involve weapons or cause serious injuries into petty thefts. The penalty would be a maximum of one year in county jail, a $1,000 fine, or both, and offenders would qualify for a diversion program. So unless a weapon is used or you end up in a hospital with "traumatic injures"..It is ok to STEAL your money or property!! SB-82, proposed by a woman named Nancy Skinner, a state senator who represents the East San Francisco Bay area and received a master’s degree from UC Berkeley (shocker), is to say the least, a beauty. Skinner is apparently an “environmental activist” as well as apparently being a professional politician. This proposed law is so bizarre as to be almost funny, if it wasn’t so dangerous. Skinner, using the strangely named “Safe Neighborhoods and Schools Act” as a predicate is proposing the expansion of that law to include strong-armed robbery. This is nothing but another democratic attempt at social engineering and a way to keep "PEOPLE OF COLOR OUT OF JAIL"! CRIMINALS NEED MORE BOUNDARIES!! NOT FEWER BOUNDARIES THAT CREATE MORE VICTIMS!!
