I know this is a long shot but I have to try. I was driving south on 99 between crows landing and hatch yesterday and my husbands picture flew out the window. It means everything to me. He has tattoos and is making a heart shape with his hands. I can’t afford much but I can offer a small reward. Please help me, I need his picture back.
