As a new associate, your job duties might vary, but here's what you could expect: • Product Handling - Unload and receive product off trucks and verify for accuracy; package, tag, and label items for resale; restock product into primary pick locations • Inventory Management - Monitor pick location stock levels, ensuring merchandise is available to be shipped; label and stock incoming materials while maintaining quality and productivity standards; report damages and inventory variances • Customer Fulfillment - Pick available orders to fulfill customer purchases; pack orders readying for shipment; load semi-trailer with packages; make boxes We can't skip over some of the qualifications you'll need to be successful here like: • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, production environment • Strong ability to work as an individual contributor and stellar team member • We might need you to operate powered equipment to maximize efficiency and work overtime as needed too.
