I am looking for a Maintenance/Handy Person/ Residential Helper to assist me with normal home maintenance projects. Activities will range from small odd jobs such as grounds keeping (weeding, edging, trimming, etc.), painting, washing windows, small home maintenance items, interior cleaning, and domestic type work to larger jobs that may include interior and exterior repairs of the property. Must have the ability to lift heavy items and climb within reasonable heights. Adequate equipment may be required for some jobs will be provided. Someone with basic skills and experiences would be much appreciated. THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME OR PART-TIME ROLE, this involves doing work on a job by job basis which will average 5 to 20 hours weekly involving weekends. Depending on the activities, seasons, weather, and my schedule we may not have work for some weeks. The compensation will be based on an HOURLY/rate, paid daily after work is performed. My rate of pay is $15.00 an hour. Commitment and reliability are a must as I would like to build a continued relationship.
