The sheet rock isn’t damaged but the tape has fallen and so has the paint that was above it. I need someone to replace the tape and to replace the compound. It’s a small space however water leaked in the area so it’s a bit molded. I need someone to remove the carpet and haul it away TODAY. The area is no bigger than 100sq ft. Please send your rate and be available to remove it TODAY. Also, if there’s damage to the sub floor I would like someone to remove and replace it. Please send your rates for that as well.
