We are a property preservation company looking for someone who can complete both occupancy and full property inspections around the general area If interested in also completing other types of work found on site, we can submit your pricing to the client as bids for all other work documented (during full property inspections). Work distribution, photos, prices for any additional work you wish to complete, and any notes will be submitted by using a software called Property Preservation Wizard (PPW). This app allows us to successfully document the complete exterior and interior of a home and entire property (required if completing a full property inspections) documenting any work needed in less than 10 mins. Occupancy inspections are much simpler and quicker to complete being we only need 20 to 25 photos of the front of the house/property to determine if the foreclosed home is still vacant or is now being occupied (and can usually be done while driving by the property). Inspection pay out $7 each and will be paid in two-week intervals (the 8th and 23rd of each month) along with any other types of work you complete.
