We own multifamily properties in several states, and are about to bring a property in Fairmont, WV into our family. We are seeking a maintenance manager (or even a couple who can tag-team the duties) who can handle the following: - Oversee skilled trades working on site (plumbers, HVAC, electricians, pest control) - General maintenance, keep common areas neat, do simple repairs to units as needed - Handle resident needs and questions professionally and timely - Monitor security and fire systems - Turnaround of units after move outs This is a full-time job, and may involve some weekend hours from time to time. We need friendly, "get-it-done" types. We will be looking for some sort of related experience, including but not limited to: - Apartment leasing - Apartment maintenance - Hotel desk agent or maintenance - Property management Compensation TBD based on experience, but will be full-time hourly with paid time off.
