Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities: • Identify and report the need for major repairs. • Perform major repair and maintenance to buildings, equipment, and grounds. • Assist tradespeople with electrical, or HVAC repairs. • Repair equipment and appliances. • Coordinate contractors working on site. • Physically capable of performing manual work consisting of repeated lifting, climbing, pulling, hand digging, etc. • Independently perform maintenance and installation of plumbing fixtures. • Perform repairs and construction of walls, mud, tape, texture, and paint. Requirements: • Proven experience as a handyman. • Plumbing knowledge and experience. • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment. • Basic understanding of electrical, and HVAC systems. • Basic math skills. • Good communication. • Must be age 21 or over. Please submit resume. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week with opportunity for OT. Pay rate: $16 - $18/hour, negotiable DOE.
