Lost/stolen cat

We are missing a grey and white male cat. He was last seen on Sunday afternoon. I also noticed children in our yard that afternoon that I don’t know. I’m thinking they might have taken him, not knowing that he belonged to someone. If you have any information please contact me ASAP. There is a $250 reward for his safe return. There will also be a reward for any information you can give me that leads up to me finding him. He was last seen on W. Jefferson & Sherman Ave in Spring Valley, MN behind my house. We really would like our beloved cat back. Thank you!
