As a Data Entry / Order Processing team member, you will provide services for our Client’s from the Argus Technology Center located at 1111 West Carrier Parkway, Suite 300, Grand Prairie, TX (just south of the DFW airport). Services provided are: • Process orders for cell phone and tablet activation (service tickets). • Enter data accurately and completely in multiple applications: Inventory, Service, Ticket, Verizon or ATT activation portal, and UPS. • Accurately document and communicate issues verbally, in email, and in the applications. • Escalate issues appropriately to supervision. • Box, UPS ship, and place items in the outbound storage area. Additional duties may be assigned and flexibility is a key attribute for success at Argus. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will have: • Data entry and order processing skills – entry-level or higher. We will consider candidates with a limited background who can demonstrate excellent work habits, the ability to learn when trained, and strong attention to detail. • Strong customer and communication skills. When providing services our goal is to provide an excellent customer experience. • Strong detail orientation to properly follow procedures and accurately and completely communicate information verbally, in email, and in applications such as the inventory and ticketing system. • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, driving, and background checks. • Ability to lift and carry technology assets and pack and prepare technology assets. • Flexibility and a “whatever it takes” attitude.
