Job Store Staffing is hiring for Warehouse Associates that are an immediate need! **For more information on these positions, call Andrea today at 719-574-4200!** The positions are for a multi-brand direct marketing company with more than 2,000 products and millions of customers, yet still retains its friendly, family-oriented feeling. We are currently looking for 1st and 2nd shift Warehouse Associates for this well established company to start as early next week! - 1st Shift: o Monday-Friday (some Saturdays) o 6:00am-4:30pm (10 hours) - 2nd Shift: o Monday-Friday (some Saturdays) o 4:30pm-1:00am (8 hours) Position Summary: Picking/Packing Associates work in a busy warehouse environment to accurately pick orders from locations and pack orders for shipment. They also work in a team environment with automation equipment to box and ship customer orders out in a timely fashion. Employees will be trained on machines and will crossed trained for other departments as needed. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Picking a variety of products from pick bins that will light up on Lightning Pick System and placing them in the correct box; • Continuously taping on the button to bring up next order; • Able to keep up with the flow of boxes and picks; • Participate in and perform the daily exercise program; • Maintain work area, organized and orderly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
