What you will be doing Our Property Maintenance Person role is a member of the Maintenance Team which is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property and equipment. The PMP is responsible for completing interior and exterior repairs to brand standards. While the PMP owns the upkeep of a single property, helping with repairs at neighboring properties may be needed. We are dedicated to providing you a safe environment and giving you the training to help you excel in your role. The " top six @ 6 " • People excellence exhibits a heart for service with dedication to customer service and teamwork • Product excellence Repair and maintain the property as outlined in the company SOP's • Guest excellence assist guests with maintenance problems related to their stay at the property in order to create a positive guest experience • Partner excellence Partners with the Clean Team and Welcome Team to ensure a quality product and experience for the guests • Team Member relations May perform duties from other positions as needed • Other duties Participate in all training and safety meetings What we are searching for The PMP ensure the property is continuously in pristine condition for our guests and Team Members.
