Our Regional Distribution Center in Harvard is looking for individuals looking for individuals interested in joining our team as Seasonal or Full-Time basis. Incentives/Perks:    •   Medical Benefits, Dental, Vision, 401K Plan and Paid Sick Time  •    Starting Pay Rate of $15.25 per hour + $.050 shift differential •    Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation   •    Employee Discount on select True Value products  •    Tuition Assistance Program and Career Advancement!   ** All Seasonal Associates will be eligible for a $1,000.00 Bonus at the end of the peak season.**  What are the responsibilities of the Merchandise Handler?   You will process product orders for weekly shipment to retailers. Lift cartons and other items frequently. Load and unload merchandise from trailers. May operate power equipment including forklifts, pallet handlers and hand trucks. May use small hand tools such as RF Scanners. Match goods received with purchase orders and/or invoices using voice pick technology. Ensures accuracy of all goods handled through record verification. Prepare merchandise for shipping using shrink wrap machines or other devices.   Essentials:  •    Must be at least 18 years of age.  •    Must be able to work overtime with little or no notice.  •    Must be able to meet the physical requirements which include, bending      kneeling, twisting and lifting-up to 75 pounds.  Due to Covid-19 Restrictions we require you wear a face covering if you plan to attend this event
