Looking for experienced construction handymen. Yes, trying to 'find Aldo". West Philly location. Please list what you are proficient at, your daily/hourly rate, and your availability. Mostly completing some work already underway in/around two old houses. Patience is valuable. Carpentry [small decks], electrical, and some plumbing are required but ideally well-rounded people at the moment. Still, the work is ongoing and sometimes just one trade is needed so feel free to respond with that as well. Experience with metalwork [structural steel, welding] a plus. No demo nor big machine operators needed and no general contractors. Must be able to work fine with women.
