Construction Help Wanted

I am looking for one person to work with me doing general construction, painting and remodeling work in my house. My home is between Aurora and Centennial. I AM NOT looking for a company to come and take over the work and complete the projects. I am more in need of someone to work under my direction. You do not have to be an expert, but more of a willing helper. You must be reliable and have your own transportation. I will furnish the tools, ladders, etc. and all materials. You must be familiar with residential construction and have experience using construction tools, including power saws, drills, sawzall, etc. I need someone for approximately 15-20 hours, 3 days per week. The days and times are flexible, and I will do what I can to accommodate your schedule and other work you may have. The scope of work includes framing, painting, trim carpentry, tile, some plumbing and electrical work. All of this depends on your ability and experience. Pay is daily and is in cash. Please respond with a brief history of your experience and your requested hourly rate as a sub-contractor.
