Professional gardening positions available. We will start on April 6. This is a part-time, seasonal position. We typically work until Thanksgiving. We work Mon-Thurs from 9/10am-3/4pm but will work longer hours in May and June as the season is very busy at the beginning. We take care of the gardening maintenance at many properties around Denver. Weeding, pruning, deadheading, planting pots...essentially making the yards look great by visiting once a week. This is a taxed position (not under the table) and pays $17/hr to start. I will 1099 you at the end of the season as you are a contract worker. I will pay more if you have more experience and know your plants. I do need you to have some experience in the garden...like know how to weed (getting out the roots) and have an interest in plants so that over time you can identify a weed easily and identify plants. This is not full on landscaping, moving rock, etc everyday but it is physical and out in the sun and we will have a few projects where we move mulch and plant trees. So it is a physical position. And you need to have your own reliable car as we move around from house to house throughout the day, we are not carpooling due to covid and sometimes you will be working on your own. This is hard work but we are all chill people enjoying the gardens and sun. Please text me telling me a little about yourself and your experience and we'll go from there. Thanks!
