I am renovating my house. I need some help on simple (but sometimes physically hard) things: digging holes and stapling up air barriers and the like. You don't need to know much about carpentry or building. The important things are: You know how to show up when you say you're going to. You are willing and capable of working an honest day. You can communicate when there are problems, or if you don't understand something. You can follow instructions, and notice when you are at the end of your capability/understanding. Timing is flexible: I expect I would need you 1-7 days per week, lots of flexibility about timing. I might be able to keep you busy for a while if you're good and focused. I can quite likely accommodate your needs if you're good. If you are interested in the job, please fill out your basic information in this online form (it helps me stay organized). It is very simple (originally for a different job: don't worry about "getting it right", just be honest): I will only be responding to people who fill out that form. Pay: I don't know you -- the form asks you to state your required wage. It should reflect your experience. If it's too high, I probably won't hire you, but I also don't want you resenting what I pay you, so be realistic, and if necessary help me understand why you're worth what you're asking.
