Found Deceased Black Cat on Paradise Way in Richland

I was out for a jog this morning when I found a deceased black cat. It looks like it had been hit by a car as there was blood on the road near it and on the cat itself. The cat had crawled to the rocks next to the sidewalk and passed away under a tree. He or she was covered in flower petals when I found them and looked very peaceful. I almost thought it was sleeping. I am so sorry for your loss. If I don’t get a response by the end of the day, I will go back to retrieve and bury your cat. I’m sure he or she was very loved.
