Stolen backpack

My backpack was stolen from the break room during my shift at a local hotel. The backpack is a black jansport with the logo "10BARREL BREWERY" front zipper pouch. I've attached a photo of the man who was caught on camera stealing the bag. ANY information regarding the backpack or the man in the photo will be met with a financial compensation/reward. Anonymity will be respected and police will not be involved. Aside from the obvious financial loss of my wallet, cash, car keys and other valuable personal items... My bag was full of so many invaluable items, many of which belonged to my recently deceased father... There are no words to describe what I would do to get these back in my possession. Most of the items taken would mean nothing to the average person, but mean everything to me. Again, if you have ANY INFORMATION, please reach out to me.
