Oakmont Properties is looking to hire our next Groundskeeper/Porter to help out at Caliber at Flatirons in the charming area of Broomfield. Starting pay is around $15/hour but can vary depending on experience. Our client also offers 40% off market rent at certain properties, which we can discuss once you hit 90 days with the company. To schedule and interview please call Jonathan at 720.231.8329 Duties and Responsibilities 1. Curb Appeal – by definition a. Maintain the outside appearance of the apartment community, including buildings, landscaping, trash areas, and parking lots. b. Daily cleaning of common grounds: i. Clean debris from grounds and all common areas daily. Debris which is to be disposed of includes, but is not limited to, trash, cigarette butts, pet waste, leaves along curbing and other unsightly items that will distract from the appearance of the flower beds, sidewalks, grass areas, parking lots, breezeways and dumpster enclosures. ii. Keep the street and parking lot curbing free of debris. iii. Hose out dumpster and keep area clean and free of debris. iv. Keep common area light globes clean and free of debris. v. Keep pool decking and furniture hosed down as needed (based on seasonal conditions). vi. Arrange pool furniture daily in a neat and organized manner. vii. Trash receptacles and ash urns to be emptied a minimum of once daily. viii. Sidewalks, stairways and breezeways to be swept and kept free of debris. ix. Landscaped areas to be kept free of debris. x. Daily disposal of pet waste stations and cleaning of pet parks when applicable. xi. Daily upkeep of amenity spaces including but not limited to playgrounds, basketball/sports courts, tennis courts, etc. c. Maintenance of Common Grounds i. Painted curbing should always appear freshly painted ii. Parking lot should appear freshly striped iii. Bumper blocks are to be in a neat and orderly fashion iv. Pool and stairway fencing to be painted when needed. v. Dumpsters to be maintained in operable condition. 2. Daily cleaning of leasing golf cart prior to the office opening. 3. Help remove items left behind by vacating residents for storage and/or disposal. 4. Wear required uniform, if provided, and name badge during work hours. Refer to FPI Dress Code Policy. 5. Equipment provided for your use to complete the job will not be abused. You will maintain all equipment. Your supervisor should be informed of repair needs. 6. Other a. Wear provided uniform and name badge during work hours. Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy. b. Provide all small hand tools necessary to perform routine maintenance (when applicable). c. Consistently and fairly enforce community rules and regulations, FPI Standard Operating Procedures. d. Comply with all Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies and procedures. e. Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management. f. Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.). g. Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance.
