JOB SUMMARY: Packaging Operator's primary responsibility is to support the manufacturing group by counting shirts prior to printing, assisting press operator, inspect print quality during printing, packing boxes for the shipping department to pickup. JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Must be able to lift, pull and push up to 20lbs. -Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. -Must be able to stand for long periods of time. -Must be at least 18 years of age or older. -Required to report to work in accordance with their work schedules and to complete their scheduled shifts as assigned. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet the quality and packaging standards. -Communicate any product quality concerns to QC Manager -Package finished goods into boxes -Maintain cleanliness of the work areas by sweeping, dusting and removing trash from the area. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of shared areas. -Remain at assigned work station for breaks until the Team Member scheduled to relieve you arrives. -Remain at assigned work station at the end of your scheduled shift until the person scheduled to relieve you arrives. -Expected to understand and comply with all Safety Rules and Manufacturing Processes WORKING SCHEDULE & PAY RANGE: -This position is available for morning shift 2P-10P. -8 Hrs. Shifts -Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour
