Description

Will add photos later. Roughly 7-8 years old. Great Pyrenees/Lab mix(assuming) Would need a home with a lot of land, preferably someone who is home most of the time and can give him the attention and love he needs. Roughly 90 lbs but a big love and cuddle bug who just wants the daily walkies and a place to stretch his legs out! Backstory on “Gringo” About 5 years ago on Thanksgiving he showed up on my grandparent’s porch step. He came and never left. He was out in Palestine, TX in the country with acres to roam. My grandfather passed, my grandmother moved in with us, and now he is stuck in a kennel all day besides his potty trips to the backyard. My grandmother is elderly and does not want to put in the time or effort into ‘Gringo’ as he deserves. He IS a good dog. However we have 5 other dogs in this house, she only pays attention to her other small dog, so no one else in the house can attend to him as we have our own animals. The only issue we have with him is the fact he darts out the door when it’s open, my grandmother does not want to put in time or money to train him to correct this. Doesn’t resource guard. Great with big dogs/small dogs. Good with children of all ages. !!!NO CATS!!! (He would eat newborn kittens but never went after adult cats, would prefer home w/o cats.) He’s a great dog, just too big for our house and doesn’t get the whole world as he deserves. Comes with kennel, collar, leash, food/water bowls, all remaining food, and a few treats.
