I've been a landlord here for 25 years, dastardly job I tell you. In any case, I'm also a DevOps Engineer who worked for a Fortune500 company for a decade so I am pretty concise, unemotional, inventive, and know evictions, current evictions and the eviction process better than most. If you need advice or help with the process or whatever... I'm bored. FREE, but I can't guarantee my response time will be like with someone you paid but I will answer... haha. The process here: email your question or what you need help with. that's it. Not asking for your money, email address or phone number... I am just seeing things change in this town, and the courts are too. Trying to help the little guy here, like me, from not getting run over by tenants or the courts in this WOKE BS business that's approaching. You should never lose an eviction, ever. Good luck. I do get some enjoyment out of this, but I've also had an idea for an app, so this is like more experience in the field... I don't need anyone's money.
